Tickets purchased for Passion 2026 are non-refundable. We thank you in advance for not asking for exceptions. Tickets are transferrable to another individual at any time.
You will need to arrive in time for a mandatory Door Holder meeting which will take place first thing in the morning of January 1.

Professional cameras (DSLR or with a detachable lens), flash photography, or video or audio recordings are not allowed during Main Sessions as we desire that everyone be free from distraction to experience Passion 2026.
While tickets are non-refundable, when you register for Passion 2026, you will have the option to add Purchase Protection to your order. Adding Purchase Protection allows you to get a 100% refund of your registration purchase should you be prevented from attending due to a qualifying unforeseen circumstance, like Severe Illness and Injury, COVID-19, Hospitalization, Death in Family, Transportation Failure, Crime and Home Emergency, Employment Obligations, Acts of Nature, Legal Obligations. Door Holders will serve through load-out following the last session on January 3. Your Team Leads will release you once your load-out responsibilities are completed.
While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate children at Passion 2026. Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend or serve at Passion 2026.
